Everything outwards again, wonderful!

Signs, tables, chairs, lights etc out again for the new season
of the Cup and Saucer in Ransäter, Sweden!
Hopefully there will be people around the tables of our shop/cafe
already at
the end of the week, tasting coffee/tea and our homemade pies!

Beautiful old kitchen towels in our antiques and curiosa shop at the Cup and Saucer!

A friend in the Netherlands asked for old kitchen towels, because they are lovely and
useful (the most are 100 % linen or half with cotton and sometimes home woven).
During the years here in Sweden I bought and sold a lot of them.
But they are getting popular today and so: more difficult to find for reasonable prices.
Well, then they have to be a bit more expensive in our shop, because: look for yourself,
arenot they beautiful?!

Several bookings for our b&b the Cup and Saucer

We are glad we already got bookings for the season.

Most of them are during the special events at Ransäter's Hembygdsgård.
But you are also welcome during the rest of the season in
our bed and breakfast or on our campsite!

Lots of antiquities and curiosa at the Cup and Saucer in Ransäter!

Yesterday I started clearing out in our shop.
Well, that will take some time, but already 2 cabinets done!
Nice to see some old stuff again, but also 'new' old things I
bought last year in Sweden, Belgium, Holland and Germany.

A lot of paperwork and numbers, brrr!!!

Today it's less sunny and warm, so I started doing our bookkeeping 2015.
I didnot do anything yet and well, even I don't really like it, it's
nice to have business in order before our shop and cafe, b&b and campsite
are running.
But I rather do repotting our residual geraniums and fuchsias (as I did last week)
and see them fresh in their pots, waiting to decorate the Cup and Saucer again!

Last internet sellings, up to the shop season of the Cup and Saucer!

Just packing the last sold porcelains via Tradera, a section of the Swedish Ebay.
About 45 packages in the last 7 weeks, nearly all breakable!
A lot of work, but nice for the wintertime.
Now it's time to clear and clean our antiques and curiosa shop for the new season!

There we are again: not just a new website, but also 3 new blogs!

Our season is starting bit by bit!
Lovely weather here in Värmland, Sweden today!
Wim bought a new chainsaw, because the old one gave up
after 9 years and we are not ready yet with our woodstock for next season.
